System
Once the cloth is placed, the room through which the door enters is rendered completely silent. No noise is produced in the room, no matter what would cause it. If the cloth is removed, the effect ends in 60 seconds; otherwise, this ritual lasts 1 scene.
To learn this Blood Sorcery Ritual, a character requires one dot in the Shepherds of Ur-Shulgi Loresheet or instruction from a character who possesses the ritual.
Ingredients
A length of woven cloth, often silk, and a golden ring through which the cloth can pass.
Process
The caster passes the cloth through the golden ring, dips each end of the cloth in their vitae, then affixes it to a door handle or threads it through a keyhole.
