Communicate telepathically or draw information from the mind of another. Either use requires a standard action and a Rouse check. Can target a number of willing characters to dots in Composure. Target can eject user with a challenge. Unwilling targets must answer one question: Current thoughts or mood, describe object, location of subject discussed, current intentions.
