At this level of mastery, you have learned to command an entire group with a single order.
Cost:
One Rouse check in addition to the cost of the power being augmented.
System:
Your Dominate powers can affect a number of additional targets equal to your dots of the Intimidation Skill (minimum 2). You must have the Gaze and Focus of your intended targets. Mass Manipulation cannot be used with Possession. It may be used to augment Compel during combat.
