Everyone you see (mortal, vampire, or other) appear withered and dead. Buildings seem decrepit, and your surroundings hold no beauty and no vibrancy. All of your Investigation pools are at a -2 penalty, and you cannot use the Auspex power of Aura Perception to determine a creature’s type. Lastly, you cannot visually tell the difference between a living person and a vampire, even one on a path.
