Not only are you unable to command them, you have also tried everything to get rid of them and still they persist. Whatever the reason, they find you so succulent that upon waking  you find your Blood pool has been reduced by their constant feeding. If you have 3 or fewer dots of the Generation background, reduce your maximum Blood pool by 3 points. If you have 4 or more dots of the Generation background, reduce your maximum Blood pool by 6 points. In addition, the constant itch keeps you on edge, increasing the difficulty of any frenzy tests by 2.
