Although the entities that reside in the Abyss take a myriad of forms, very little is known about the Abyss itself. Some believe that the entire place is conscious, while others believe that it is host to a primary consciousness but can discern little beyond that. All parties base their suppositions off of one common factor: the unceasing hunger that emanates from the Abyss’s furthest reaches. With this power, your Arms of the Abyss serve as conduits for that hunger, allowing you to feed through them.

Cast this ritual by spending 10 minutes in concentration, superficially slitting each of your fingertips with a ritual dagger, staining your wounds with the ash of black locust wood, and spending one point of Blood. For the remainder of the night, the ends of your Arms of the Abyss gain vicious mouths with shadowy canines and incisors. By successfully Grappling a target with your Arms of the Abyss, you gain the ability to feed through them. Consuming blood through the arms is treated as if you had directly consumed the blood, potentially exposing you to the effects of blood bonds, poisoning, disease, or other effects.
