It’s been said you can't understand someone until you've walked a mile in their shoes. By making a dark pact with knowers of the unknown you may share in the misery of another to better understand the full breadth of their weaknesses and faults.

Once you have interacted with an individual for 15 minutes by engaging them in conversation you may cast this ritual by calling upon the infernal to enter into a temporary pact. Agreeing to this pact involves your willing and binding promise to share in the misery of your targeted individual. Alert your storyteller that you are using this ritual and agree to this promise. The Storyteller will then reveal all of your specified individual’s Flaws. You must choose one of these flaws, gaining it for the remainder of the game session and the next game session. You do not gain XP for the flaw, and you may not choose a flaw that you already possess on your sheet.

If you possess all of the same flaws as your target you instead gain the Obsession Derangement. This derangement is triggered by the being in the presence of your chosen individual and compels you to share the knowledge of your Flaws with her through roleplay. If your target does not possess any flaws you gain the Dull flaw for the remainder of the game session if you do not already possess it.
