All living things fear something, whether they have discovered that fear already or they have yet to experience it. Your ties to Hell and infernal experiences, act as a wellspring for all the true terrors that have been forced upon the Damned.

In order to enact this ritual, you must open yourself to the horrors from Below through dark meditation. For the next month you suffer from the Nightmares flaw which you do not gain experience for. During this time whenever you are in line of sight to someone who is affected by a Fear based power, such as Dread Gaze or the Fear effect of Total Insanity the target suffers from the Exceptional Success of that power. Victims of this ritual are not aware you are the source of the effect and instead believe the enhanced terror they experience is a natural side effect of the user of the Fear based power. However, for 10 minutes after each time this ritual triggers an exceptional success your aura is stained by infernal taint.
