Passive

While you possess Authority, you can award an individual the fleeting status Courageous, Defender, Honorable, or Loyal or without expending this status. An individual can only hold a single status from your use of Authority at a time, but can benefit from repeated uses of Authority, so long as they originate from separate sources.

Spent

You can expend Authority to punish or pardon another character, giving or removing the negative status Warned or Forsaken.
