6th Tradition
The Sixth Tradition: The Four Winds of the Masquerade is a modern Vampire: The Masquerade LARP set in the aftermath of a catastrophic supernatural event known as “The Culling.” In the wake of widespread chaos, fractured realities, and near collapse of mortal society, the Camarilla has re-emerged in Northern California and is rebuilding its power base in San Francisco under a new vision of the Ivory Tower. Players take on the roles of Kindred navigating a fragile, politically charged domain where alliances are uncertain, communication has only recently been restored, and threats both ancient and newly awakened press in from all sides. The chronicle blends traditional Camarilla structure with evolving ideologies and offers opportunities for court intrigue, territorial control, and personal horror. With a focus on collaborative storytelling, social politics, and emergent narrative, The Sixth Tradition invites players to shape the future of a rebuilding society and decide not only how the Camarilla survives, but what it becomes.
