Storytellers Guide to the Sabbat Introduction Right now. I am an Antichrist. I am an anarchist. Don't know what I want but I know how to get it. I want to destroy.

Welcome to The Players Guide to the Sabbat. This book provides you with the information you need to roleplay a member of the Sabbat. While not intended to cover every aspect of the Sabbat, this sourcebook is meant to give you an understanding of what the sect is, including its clan composition, history, ideology, traditions, practices and goals.

Nickname: Rabble-rousers Brujah antitribu are just like their Camarilla counterparts, except that within the Sabbat they are not viewed as dissidents. After all, most vampires within the Sabbat, regardless of clan, are considered rebels. The antitribu continue to share a strong sense of fraternity with other Brujah and continually seek to convert them to the ways of the sect.

Brujah were the first to call themselves anarchs during the Revolt, but the clan's elders deserted the movement. Elders

Other Neighborhoods

LaSalle: Located below N.D.G. and Montreal West, on the other side of the Lachine Canal and west of Pointe Saint-Charles, is LaSalle, a lower-middle-class neighborhood. It's home to both Englishand French-speaking people. LaSalle is the site of Angrignon Park (one of Montreal's largest), a popular location for Sabbatgames and mass rites. During the 1990 Oka C risis, a large number of Canadian troops were deployed here. The Douglas Hospital, Montreal's largest psychiatric institution, is located nearby and is home to the Les Miserables coven.

Laurel Ridge Farm

Columbia, Maryland Elizabeth looked up from her unpacking. Was that a knock? She closed the drawer on her socks, crossed the room-now rather cluttered with open suitcases and boxes of notesand opened the door.

Baba Yaga

The Hag is dead, but her legacy lives on. In 1998, a legendary vampire sired by Nosferatu himself met Final Death, slain under the talons of Lupines. For centuries, she had directed her vampiric minions throughout Russia. The amount of supernatural activity in that nation was so great that a spiritual Shadow Curtain surrounded the Soviet Union, isolating ancient sacred sites from the rest of the world.

Encyclopaedia Vampyrica

C.’s true name is lost — even if some call him “Lucian” — since this mysterious man who was probably a priest, shaman or saint in life didn’t even tell it to →Caine. He simply spoke about his origins. “From Cappadocia,” he said, and this was how he and his progeny were addressed. His conviction that the answers to his questions were known only to God himself led him and his clan to protect and support Christianity from the beginning. He ordered his progeny to build churches and cathedrals as havens for the faithful. In the end, though, he submitted to hubris and craved →apotheosis. Led by the angels’ revelations, he desired to one night drink God’s soul. This led to his downfall by the hand of his power-hungry childe Augustus Giovanni. C.’s legacy has been reportedly written down in a text called the →Sargon Fragment.

Enter MacNeil

It was against this backdrop that Jeremy MacNeil, a 300-year-old Scottish Brujah, arrived in town. A more complicated man than his history would suggest, MacNeil’s defining characteristic was his support for the underdog (or, at least, any person or faction which he had paternalistically identified as “the underdog”). He was not necessarily opposed to the Camarilla, but he did believe that an unspoken Tradition was that the Prince was obligated to though some found inconsistencies in his account. Most of the city’s other elders either died or fled, and within a week, the Anarchs, almost miraculously, had claimed praxis over a major city of their own.

Hunedoara Castle

(Transylvania, Romania) For many Kindred, the idea of Golconda is one of redemption and of transcendence beyond the Curse of Caine. Golconda occasionally takes on a darker cast, however, for those who seek it (or deride it...) claiming that vampires “elevated” by Golconda are no gentle-spirited saints.
